Preferred Qualifications

While specific requirements vary depending on the position, qualified candidates are encouraged to possess the following:

California BSIS Guard Card (Required for Security Officer positions)
California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Security positions)
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening (when applicable)
Military, law enforcement, public safety, or private security experience (preferred but not required for all positions)
