CORPORATE PROTECTION

Corporate Protection provides specialized security and executive protection support for organizations facing credible threats, sensitive employment actions, or circumstances that may place leadership, employees, and business operations at increased risk. Frontline combines protective planning, discreet personnel, controlled access, situational awareness, and coordinated response to help organizations manage these concerns professionally and with minimal disruption.

Our Corporate Protection Specialists support workplace violence concerns, threatened executives or employees, stalking and harassment incidents, high-risk terminations, reductions in force, layoffs, organizational restructuring, facility closures, and other sensitive corporate events. Every assignment is developed around the identified concern, workplace environment, affected personnel, and operational priorities—helping clients protect their people, preserve confidentiality, and maintain business continuity during challenging circumstances.

CORPORATE RISK. PROTECTIVE READINESS.

Corporate Protection may be appropriate when a threat, sensitive employment action, or organizational change creates an increased risk to employees, leadership, or business operations. Early protective involvement allows the organization to evaluate its security needs, establish clear procedures, and prepare before conditions become more difficult to control.

Threats or Concerning Communications
Direct threats, threatening messages, hostile statements, fixation on an executive or employee, and other concerning communications may indicate a need for additional protective measures.

Escalating or Unpredictable Behavior
Aggressive conduct, repeated policy violations, intimidation, harassment, emotional escalation, or significant changes in behavior may create concern for employees responsible for managing the situation.

Personal Threats Affecting the Workplace
Stalking, domestic disputes, restraining-order concerns, and other personal conflicts can extend into the workplace and expose the affected employee, coworkers, or leadership to additional risk.

Sensitive Employment Actions
High-risk terminations, disciplinary meetings, suspensions, investigations, and contentious employee meetings may require advance security planning—particularly when there is a history of threats, aggression, or retaliatory behavior.

Workforce and Organizational Transitions
Reductions in force, layoffs, restructuring, facility closures, labor disputes, and other major organizational changes can increase uncertainty and require additional protection for employees, executives, Human Resources personnel, and company facilities.

WORKPLACE THREATS. CONTROLLED RESPONSE.

When a threat or concerning situation affects the workplace, the protective response must be deliberate, discreet, and coordinated. Frontline deploys experienced personnel to strengthen workplace security, protect identified individuals, manage access, and support organizational leadership while the situation is evaluated and resolved.

Protective Planning and Coordination
Before deployment, Frontline works with authorized leadership, Human Resources, legal counsel, facility management, and existing security personnel to understand the concern, establish responsibilities, and develop practical response procedures.

Discreet Security Deployment
Plainclothes or appropriately attired specialists can be positioned throughout the workplace without creating unnecessary alarm. Coverage may be visible or low-profile depending on the circumstances, environment, and client’s objectives.

Access and Movement Control
Personnel monitor designated entrances, verify authorized access, observe parking and arrival areas, and help prevent unauthorized individuals from reaching employees, executives, or restricted locations.

Individual Protective Support
Executives, threatened employees, Human Resources personnel, witnesses, and other designated individuals may receive protective coverage while entering, working within, or departing the workplace. Escorts can also be provided between buildings, parking areas, vehicles, and other locations.

De-Escalation and Incident Coordination
When concerning behavior occurs, specialists prioritize calm communication, safe positioning, separation, and early intervention. If the situation escalates, personnel take appropriate protective action, coordinate with emergency responders or law enforcement, and document the incident according to established procedures.

WORKFORCE TRANSITIONS. SECURED OPERATIONS.

Reductions in force, layoffs, restructuring, facility closures, and high-risk terminations require careful coordination between leadership, Human Resources, legal counsel, facility management, and security personnel. Frontline provides a controlled protective presence designed to support employee safety, preserve confidentiality, and help the organization maintain continuity throughout the transition.

Advance Security Coordination
Frontline works with authorized stakeholders to review the schedule, affected locations, meeting areas, access procedures, staffing requirements, communications, and potential contingencies before the workforce action begins.

High-Risk Termination Support
Protective personnel can be positioned near termination or disciplinary meetings to safeguard Human Resources representatives, managers, and other participants. Specialists remain discreet and intervene only when necessary to protect people or maintain control of the environment.

Reduction-in-Force and Layoff Coverage
For larger workforce actions, personnel can be deployed across entrances, meeting areas, employee gathering points, parking facilities, and other designated locations. Coverage is coordinated around multiple meetings, shifts, departments, or facilities as required.

Controlled Access and Departures
Specialists support client-established procedures for credential deactivation, restricted-area access, company-property recovery, employee escorts, and orderly departure from the workplace. Responsibilities are coordinated in advance to maintain clear authority and professional treatment.

Post-Transition Stabilization
Temporary coverage can remain in place after the employment action to monitor access points, address attempted returns, support affected personnel, and respond to developing concerns. Relevant activity is documented and communicated through the client’s established reporting structure.
